Pilates For Breakfast

I was invited to an exciting 'Move Your Frame' event in King's Cross for Reformed Pilates followed by some healthy brunch with Swimwear 365 and other Bloggers. It was my first time trying out pilates and it's not easy at all! What I loved about the session was that it works a lot on your core and posture.

 During any sort of exercise it is extremely important to focus on your form, whether you're jogging in a straight line on a treadmill or lifting heavy weights. I guess that's where the term 'Ego Lifting' comes from, people that totally disregard their form and care way too much about how heavy they can lift. Incorrect posture can affect you in the long run especially, so before you decide to challenge yourself make sure correct form is nailed first. Once you get that form right, you're only going to do better and see real results quicker! :) 

 After our pilates session we were all treated to a tasty brunch with protein pancakes, smoothies & yogurt pots! It was such a fun event to get to chat to other fitness and wellness bloggers as well as get to see the latest collection by Swimwear 365 who were so sweet and promised a bikini for my next holiday!
