Covent Garden - Gina Melosi Jewellery

Today I had a day off and planned to meet my bestie for some lunch in Covent Garden. I have now finished my internship at Glass magazine and now got a couple of last days in London before we jet off to Lithuania!
We found a cute spot for two outside Carluccio’s café up Rose Street in the city. It was an authentic Italian café, perfect for a hot latte and a tasty pasta dish.

Recently I have met a jewellery designer Gina Melosi, who creates conceptual jewellery from recycled metals and fair-trade gemstones. I met up with her earlier last week in her personal studio, Gina shared many inspirations and her strong passion for transforming found items and manufacturing them into something that is wearable. I adore the way her designs have a very thin line between delicate and slightly dangerous yet highly wearable everyday. A lot of her jewellery can be worn in more than one way, for example she has an ear piece which can stretch out to a nose piercing or can simply be worn as an earring, how cool? See more of her designs at www.ginamelosi.com and hope you enjoy the post!

Yes I am aware most of my outfit apart from jewellery is Zara! Haha and i'm not even sorry. I found them all in Zara's Sale a couple of days ago for a great price and had to get them!
Hope you all have a great weekend and my next post will be from Lithuania :)

Love, Skai x
